The Christmas decor was festive and cozy. The indoor and outdoor pools were great, especially for the kids. We enjoyed the sauna and steam room. The restaurant had a good variety of options and the staff was helpful and polite. The location near the ski slopes and downtown made it easy to get around without a car.

The rooms were small and the toiletry products offered were minimal. The towels were not replaced daily and sometimes the cleaning was not thorough.

The spa and wellness center were top-notch, with both indoor and outdoor pools that were kept very clean. It was such a treat to swim in the heated outdoor pool while enjoying the panoramic mountain view. And let's not forget about the breakfast! It was absolutely amazing, with a wide selection of delicious and high-quality food.
